What is the mission of CWJC/CMJC?
Christian Women’s Job Corps and Christian Men’s Job Corps, a compassion ministry of WMU, equips women and men, in a Christian context, for life and employment.

When did CWJC/CMJC begin?
As a compassion ministry of WMU, the first pilot site for CWJC begin in 1996. The ministry officially launched March 1, 1997. In 2005, CMJC began.

Is CWJC/CMJC a part of a larger organization?
CWJC/CMJC is a compassion ministry of WMU.

How many CWJC/CMJC sites are there?

Each CWJC/CMJC site is different and strives to meet the needs present in its community. The following are some of the types of ministries provided by sites.

Each site looks different in the programming it provides. However, each site includes the following eight key elements in its structure:
